Zomato food rejected for delivery boy being Muslim.
Caste and religion have gone to the extremes these days. Some have seen religion in a food delivery boy. As seen by Amit Shukla of Jabalpur.

And then what happened, in in a country like India where food deliveryboy is cancelled of the order food and writes proudly on Twitter that deliveryboy is muslim.”Just cancelled an order on @ZomatoIN they allocated a non hindu rider for my food they said they can’t change rider and can’t refund on cancellation I said you can’t force me to take a delivery I don’t want don’t refund just cancel,” Amit Shukla tweeted mentioning Zomato. Where he thought to express his nationalism. But Zomato manages to win over the situation and public demand by tweeting “Food doesn’t have a religion. It is a religion,” against the tweet of Amit
The incident has made a buzz on social media. Many praised Zomato. Amit has also been involved in criticism. But the question that is being invoked invariably, is that in a country where most people still do not get food to fill their stomachs, food delivery in the country is religion again! Isn’t this the medieval practice of thinking of people as a caste-based ‘modern’ society? Many are raising questions
