WhatsApp Payments uses UPI to enable bank-to-bank money transactions. To check your account balance through WhatsApp, your bank account number must be linked in the payment method. There are two ways to check account balance – one through setting and the other by sending money.

Check the balance like this through the setting option- First of all open WhatsApp on your mobile. If you are using an Android device, tap on ‘More Options’. If you are using iPhone then go to Settings. Click on Payment. Under Payment method click on your bank account. Check your account balance by tapping on View account balance. Enter your UPI PIN and check your balance.
