An image has been shared on the website that tracks the app, which shows that WhatsApp is preparing a facility for users to enter a question to create a poll.
How will the polling feature of WhatsApp work?
At present, it has not been revealed that how many options will be given for voting on WhatsApp. Telegram allows you to add 10 options. In addition, Twitter only allows you to add four options, and you’ll need to create another thread if you want to add more options to a vote.
Along with this, it is also not known how many polls will WhatsApp allow a user to create at a time and how much time people can take to vote. The report states that the group polling feature on WhatsApp will remain end-to-end encrypted like your regular chat. So, only those who are in the group will be able to see the poll and its result. The polling feature is currently in development and will be rolled out in the upcoming updates of the app. At the moment, it is not available for beta testers. The feature was seen in iOS 22.6.0.70 beta version.

According to WaBetaInfo, WhatsApp is planning to add a reaction button to your chats that will allow you to react to messages using emoji. This feature is currently in testing and it is expected to come soon on Android and iOS.
