The fund completed its fundraising program in June 2024, successfully raising approximately ₹550 crores. Office Construction Timeline
The 1.5 acres of land acquired in Chennai is set to be transformed into a Grade A office building covering approximately 400,000 square feet over the next three years. Tishman Speyer will serve as the Special Development Manager for this project, overseeing design, development, leasing, and property management.
