After receiving an offer from another comedy show during his tenure on ‘Taarak Mehta,’ he faced a tough decision, as the production team did not allow him to work on two shows simultaneously. Ultimately, he chose to exit ‘Taarak Mehta,’ where he played the titular role of Taarak Mehta, also serving as the show’s narrator. Following his departure, actor Sachin Shroff was cast to fill his shoes. Currently, Shailesh has not been seen in any television shows.
