The police said that during the investigation of the case, Jacqueline had said that she wanted to make some more revelations in front of the police. After this the police had told him that whatever he has to say should be done under section 164. After this, Jacqueline appeared before the court today and got ready to record her statement. After this, his statement was recorded in front of the magistrate.

Jacqueline got bail on 15 November

The ED had made Jacqueline Fernandes a co-accused in the money laundering case related to the 200 crore fraud of Mahathug Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The ED had claimed that despite knowing the reality of Sukesh, Jacqueline took expensive gifts and cash worth about 7.14 crores from him. The Patiala House Court had granted regular bail to Jacqueline on 15 November.

After a long hearing, the actress got bail. Additional Sessions Judge Shailendra Malik of Patiala House Court granted bail to Jacqueline on the condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh and a surety of the same amount.

Case hearing postponed till December 12

The court believed that there is no danger of Jacqueline Fernandes leaving the country as her passport is seized by the agency. During the argument, Jacqueline’s lawyer claimed that the ED was harassing Jacqueline. He said that the statement of the actress has been recorded five times and she is cooperating in the investigation. Please tell that the Patiala House Court has postponed the hearing of the case till December 12.
