Tata Motors has changed the price list of Tata Punch by slashing the prices of the top variants and increasing the prices of all other trims.
Tata Punch was launched in India in October 2021 and the car was well received. People are very interested to buy it and due to the increasing demand, the waiting period for select variants has increased to four months. Tata Motors has recently changed the prices of its passenger vehicles in the Indian market, which has also affected Tata Punch. Its base ‘Pure’ trim has now become costlier by Rs 15,000.
On the other hand, the ‘Adventure’ and ‘Accomplished’ trim variants have seen an increase of Rs. 10,000. Interestingly, the top-spec ‘Creative’ trim level of the micro-SUV has seen a price drop of Rs 10,000. The price of the optional pack has not been changed, the Rhythm pack is available for Rs 35,000, Dazzle pack for Rs 45,000 and IRA pack for Rs 30,000.
It is to be noted that the new prices are effective only for bookings on and after January 19, 2022. For any orders placed before this, the old prices will prevail.
The Tata Punch is powered by a 1.2-litre, aspirated, inline-3 petrol engine that churns out 86 PS of maximum power and 113 Nm of peak torque. There are two transmission options available – a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. Tata Punch has a GNCAP safety rating (5-Star Adult Safety, 4-Star Child Safety).
