Tata Motors has launched the 2022 Altroz ​​DCA automatic at a starting price of Rs 8.10 lakh (ex-showroom). Available in six trims, the price of Altroz ​​AT goes up to ₹9.90 Lakh (ex-showroom). In terms of pricing, only the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and Toyota Glanza are more affordable than the Tata hatchback. While the price of the recently launched Baleno starts at Rs 7.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for its automatic variant. At the same time, the price of 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno AMT starts from Rs 7.69 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.49 lakh. In this list, the price of Hyundai i20 iVT starts from Rs 8.90 lakh and goes up to Rs 10.66 lakh. At the same time, the price of the second variant DCT of Hyundai i20 starts from Rs 9.76 lakh and goes up to Rs 11.48 lakh.

Engine Specifications of Tata Altroz ​​DCA, Baleno and i20

In engine specifications, Tata Motors has offered the 2022 Altroz ​​DCA in six trims, all equipped with its 1.2-litre Revotron naturally aspirated petrol. The engine is capable of producing a maximum power output of 86 hp and 111 Nm of peak torque.

In comparison to the Altroz, Maruti offers the new generation Baleno with 1.2-litre petrol units. The engine can generate a maximum power output of 87 hp and peak torque of 113 Nm. Hyundai offers the iVT variant with a 1.2-litre petrol unit while the DCT variant comes with a 1.0-litre turbocharged unit. The Honda Jazz CVT is also offered with a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol unit that produces 87 hp of power and 110 Nm of torque.
