This film promises a thrilling mix of action and drama along with a significant social message. Scheduled for release on Eid 2025, fans can look forward to receiving their festive Eidi from Tiger Salman himself. Adding to the excitement, this film will see Bollywood superstar Salman paired for the first time with South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna. Veteran actor Sathyaraj, famously known for his role as ‘Kattappa’, will play the villain in this movie.
Set Preparations in Mumbai
According to reports, Salman is all geared up to kickstart the 45-day marathon shooting schedule for this much-awaited film. Sources from Pinkvilla reveal that Sajid Nadiadwala and the production team have constructed an elaborate set at a studio in Mumbai. The local cityscape has been recreated within a large studio, and it took over three months to complete this extensive setup. The producer has invested significantly to ensure that the set authentically represents the film’s vision. This particular schedule is crucial, as it will encompass numerous action sequences along with several emotional scenes.
Action-Packed and Emotionally Charged
As expected, Salman Khan is fully prepared for the shoot. His presence guarantees high-octane action, ensuring that fans of his previous ‘Dabangg’ character will be treated to a full dose of excitement. Emotional depth will also feature prominently in this film. Reports indicate that Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, and Prateik Babbar will also be part of this initial shooting schedule. Following the Mumbai segment, the team of ‘Sikandar’ plans to shoot another schedule in a grand palace for about 15 to 20 days before moving to a third schedule planned for around November.
A Different Avatar for Salman Khan
In ‘Sikandar’, Salman Khan will portray a lead role that is set to showcase a distinct personality and attitude. Sources indicate that viewers can expect to see elements of arrogance in his character, who hails from a royal family. This persona will starkly contrast with his previous roles. From the humble lover in ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ to the chirpy Chulbul Pandey and the resilient Sultan, Salman has showcased an array of characters. Now, he prepares to enthrall his audience yet again with a new and different role that promises to be as engaging as ever.
