Pooja Bhatt honored by PETA India, becomes the first Indian director to not use animals in films

Actress turned filmmaker Pooja Bhatt ,Pooja Bhatt,who is quite active on social media, PETA India (PETA India) Through this, she has been awarded an award for being the first Indian director to make a ‘pledge to never use animals in films’. After being honored with the award, Pooja Bhatt has expressed her reaction to PETA India. She has thanked him by sharing two pictures on social media.

He shared pictures of the letter sent through PETA India on Twitter. The letter read, “Dear Miss Bhatt, on behalf of Fish Eye Network, we are very grateful to you for taking the pledge not to use animals in films as the first director of the country. This commitment will surely be an inspiration to filmmakers across the world and thus save animals from distress and injury on and off the sets. As a gesture of our appreciation for your kindness towards animals, we are extremely happy to present you with PETA India’s Compassionate Film Production Company Award. Congratulations!”
Pooja Bhatt wrote along with the pictures, “Thank you for the respect @PetaIndia. I am extremely happy to go ahead with this and pledge to never use animals in any film or content created by me. I will rely on computer graphics if any of my films/shows ever require an animal. I would urge as many filmmakers as possible to get involved in this.”

On the work front, she will soon be seen in the film ‘Sana’ opposite Radhika Madan. He also has ‘Chup: Revenge of the Artist’ with Sunny Deol. Pooja Bhatt was last seen in the film ‘Sadak 2’ directed by Mahesh Bhatt. This film was a sequel to ‘Sadak’. However, this film could not show any special performance at the box office and soon went awry.
