Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India today is moving ahead with the idea of ​​’Make in India, Make for the world’. Apart from telecom, insurance, defense and aerospace, India today has immense potential in the field of semiconductors as well.

PM Modi said, during COVID, we saw how India fulfilled the vision of ‘One Earth, One Health’ and provided medicines and vaccines to many countries, which saved many lives. Today India has become the pharmacy for the world – the third largest producer.

PM Modi said, today India is sending a record number of software engineers to the world and more than 5 million software developers are working in India. India currently has the third largest group of unicorns globally.

The digital infrastructure created and adopted in India over the years has become a force to be reckoned with in the nation. Aarogya Setu App and CoVin Portal are helping in tracking the active cases of Kovid and booking the vaccination slots.

While the world was focusing on interventions like the Quantitative Easing Program during COVID, India was leading the way for reform. We have given an unprecedented boost to digital and infrastructure during COVID.
