On the basis of the brilliant game of raider Aslam Inamdar, Puneri Paltan defeated the defending champion Bengal Warriors 39-27 in the Pro Kabaddi League match played in Bangalore on Sunday. In the second match of the day, UP Yoddha defeated Bengaluru Bulls, who played last season’s semi-finals, by a huge margin of 42-27.

Inamdar scored a Super 10 (17 points), while Abhinesh Nadarajan scored a High 5 (5 tackle points) for Paltan. Captain Maninder Singh scored a Super 10 (13 points) for the Warriors, but his team lacked confidence.

Had taken a strong lead of 20-11 from Puneri Paltan till halftime. In the third minute of the second half, he got the opposition all out and took a 12-point lead. Keeping this lead in Pune’s team, registered a spectacular victory.
