For this, the government has extended the tender process. Telecom Minister says that with this decision of the government, internet consumers (Internet Users) will get direct benefit. This will not only increase the speed of the internet but will also make the road easier for 5G. The Telecom Minister says that the whole world is surprised that India has prepared its 4G platform.
For this, the government will take out the tender of 6 thousand towers from 2G to 4G, as well as one lakh sites will also be taken forward. Telecom Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that consumers will get the benefit directly. This will increase the speed of the internet. According to the Telecom Minister, one lakh 4G towers will be installed by next year. Vaishnav further said that arrangements have been made for the consumers regarding fair price. The whole world is amazed that India has made its own 4G because we are better in quality and less in cost.
5G spectrum arrangement
TRAI’s recommendations regarding 5G have come, some changes have been made in the rate. The approval of DCC will be received soon and the process of allotment will start in the estimated time. The world believes that spectrum means communication is development. Ashwini Vaishnav said that on 5G, we will settle with the industry sector regarding the rate. The government says that the process of 5G allocation will start in June and will complete the 5G spectrum allocation by August-September.
1 lakh connections being distributed daily
BSNL has adopted a new method in BharatNet. After the fiber is delivered to the house, the responsibility of solving the technical problems is given to the regional person. Now one lakh connections are being given daily and people are also getting employment from this. Bharatnet and BSNL fiber network have been merged. Since then, BSNL is now handling a network of 14 lakh km. Per data connection in villages has gone up to 70GB per month.
