The government has made new guidelines regarding registered driving training centers. According to the new guideline, the renewal of recognition of recognized driving training centers will be valid for five years. In this regard, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has notified amendments to the rules relating to Accredited Driver Training Centers (ADTCs).
The ministry said in a statement that the training curriculum for two-wheelers has been enhanced so that practical and theoretical knowledge can be learned extensively.
According to the statement, the new rules will further streamline the functioning of ADTC. In order to be issued a driving licence, the trainee has to pass the driving ability test. Other provisions related to training centers such as fee and issuance of driving licence, etc. have been clarified.
Two wheeler drivers will get training
According to the new amendment, such a rule is being made that the syllabus has been given more detail for imparting training for two wheelers. The goal behind this is to give practical and theoretical knowledge to the drivers. There is also a number of bike drivers in a large number of road accidents in the country every year.
Information related to fees will be available
After this new amendment, now information about the fees etc. related to the training centers will also be available. Apart from this, clear orders have been issued regarding issuance of driving license and other services. This will make services easier for the people.
