After hearing the side of Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Jacqueline Fernandez, the court has reserved the verdict. The decision in the matter can come tomorrow. During the debate, many serious allegations were made against Jacqueline on behalf of the ED. In the court, the ED claimed that Jacqueline tried to flee the country.
During the debate on the bail plea, the Enforcement Directorate said that in December 2021, Jacqueline tried to flee the country. In the court, Jacqueline’s lawyer argued that Jacqueline is cooperating in the investigation and her statement has been recorded five times. During this, the ED opposed the bail saying that cooperating in the investigation does not mean that the accused cannot leave the country or tamper with the evidence.
Enforcement Directorate accuses Jacqueline
During the hearing, the investigating agency claimed in the court that Jacqueline Fernandez adopted all the tactics to flee the country as she had no shortage of money. The ED said during its cross-examination that the investigation is going on in this case. ED’s counsel told the court that the agency has investigated the matter very seriously. The agency also said that the actress twisted the answers to every question during her interrogation.

The Enforcement Directorate has also named actress Jacqueline as an accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar, a conman (thug) lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail. It is alleged that Jacqueline was aware of the fraud, despite this she took gifts from Sukesh. Sukesh gave many expensive gifts to Jacqueline. Due to those gifts, Jacqueline got caught in this matter. Now it is believed that the court can give a verdict on Jacqueline’s bail tomorrow.
