It is no longer necessary to wear a mask in flight, the government has issued a new order

Amid the falling cases of corona virus, the government has withdrawn the mandatory rule of applying masks in flight. The Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that it will not be mandatory for passengers to wear masks during air travel. But passengers can use it as per their convenience. The cases of Kovid are continuously falling in the country, in view of which the government has relaxed the rule of masks.

Till now it was mandatory to wear a mask in flight and there was a provision of fine for not doing so.  In a message sent to scheduled airlines, the Ministry of Aviation has said, the latest decision taken on the mask is based on the Kovid-19 management response.  In the flight announcement, it will now be said that in view of the danger of the Kovid-19 epidemic, passengers can use masks or face covers depending on their priority.

Of the total cases of corona infection in the country, the number of active cases has remained only 0.02 percent.  According to the latest official data, the recovery rate of the corona case has increased to 98.79 percent.  The number of people cured of corona infection in the country has reached 4,41,28,580 and the death rate has been seen at 1.19 percent.  With the arrival of 501 new cases of corona virus infection in the country in the last 24 hours, the number of people infected so far in the country has increased to 4,46,66,676.  At the same time, the number of patients under treatment has decreased from 7,918 to 7,561.

Of the total cases of corona infection in the country, the number of active cases has remained only 0.02 percent. According to the latest official data, the recovery rate of the corona case has increased to 98.79 percent. The number of people cured of corona infection in the country has reached 4,41,28,580 and the death rate has been seen at 1.19 percent. With the arrival of 501 new cases of corona virus infection in the country in the last 24 hours, the number of people infected so far in the country has increased to 4,46,66,676. At the same time, the number of patients under treatment has decreased from 7,918 to 7,561.

According to the updated data released by the Union Health Ministry at eight o'clock on Wednesday morning, the death toll increased to 5,30,535 after two more patients lost their lives due to infection.  One of these patients was from Gujarat and one from Rajasthan.  So far, a total of 4,41,28,580 people have become infection free in the country, while the death rate from Kovid-19 is 1.19 percent.  According to the ministry, 219.82 crore doses of the vaccine have been given so far under the vaccination campaign.(All photos-PTI)
