Till the World Cup, we do not know who will be fit and who will not.’ He said, ‘We want to give opportunities to other players who are ready for it. We have a busy schedule and players can get injured. So it is important to give enough opportunities to those players who can land in those roles.
The doors of Pandya’s comeback are open – Rohit
Rohit said the doors were still open for all-rounder Hardik Pandya, whose bowling fitness was questioned during last year’s T20 World Cup. “The doors are open for everyone. It is too early to decide who will play in the World Cup. We have to make sure that we have the right combination,” he said.
