First arrest in Delhi after passing triple talaq bills.

After studying at Delhi University, Rayma married on November 24, 2011, The marriage takes place in the care of the family. On June 23, 2013, Rayma gave birth to a son. The police filed a case under section 4 of the ‘Muslim Women Protection of Right on Marriage Act” of 2019 The police then arrested Rayma’s husband. According to police, this was the first arrest in Delhi after the law against three divorces came. The victim, Rayma, told police that she became helpless after her husband divorced her three. She makes many pleas to her husband and her mother-in-law’s house to prevent the breakdown of their family. But someone does something.

Since the Narendra Modi government came to power in the country in 2014, three divorces have gone up to ban the divorce. In the first term of the Modi government, triple talaq bills were passed from the Lok Sabha three times, but the Rajya Sabha stopped. But this time, after the Modi government came to power again, it easily passed triple talaq bills from the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha. And with the last permission from President Ram Nath Kobind, the Modi government is about to implement the bill.
