Facelift version of Maruti Ertiga and XL6 will be launched soon, will be equipped with new exteriors and advanced features

The prices of both the cars have not been disclosed but it is believed that it may come in the price segment of Kia Carence. It is believed that both the models will be equipped with new features like the newly updated 2022 Baleno. To make both the offerings more attractive to buyers, the biggest update on the new Ertiga and XL6 will be a new automatic gearbox. According to the information, Maruti Suzuki may also add a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission to both the models.
New Ertiga and XL6 Design and Features
The company can also make new changes in the exterior of both the cars. According to the information, the new Ertiga and XL6 will have a new grille, which was seen on the new Baleno. The bumpers and alloy wheels of both the cars can also be upgraded.
Many changes are also expected in the cabin of both the Ertiga and XL6. The two models could include features like a new 9-inch infotainment screen with the SmartPlay Pro version introduced in the 2022 Baleno. Apart from these, the Ertiga and XL6 could be offered with wireless charging, 360 camera view and new upholstery among the changes. The XL6 may also get the HUD screen available on the new Baleno.
The XL6 could be powered by a 1.5-litre four-cylinder K15B mild-hybrid petrol unit that is capable of producing 103bhp and 138Nm of peak torque. Apart from this, Maruti is likely to continue with the 1.2-litre K12N four-cylinder DualJet petrol engine for the new generation Ertiga. It can generate maximum output of 103bhp and peak torque of 138 Nm.
