Effect of strike will be seen on public sector banks, deposits and withdrawals may stop

All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) has decided to go on strike on Saturday to protest against outsourcing of jobs. AIBEA general secretary CH Venkatachalam gave this information. He said that the work of public sector banks may be affected by the strike. However, private banks will not be affected by this and their work will continue as before.

Punjab and Sind Bank told the stock exchanges on Thursday that if there is a strike, bank employees can participate in it. In such a situation, the normal functioning of the branches/offices of the bank is likely to be affected.

November 20 is a Sunday on which the functioning of the banks comes to a complete standstill. In this way, if the work could not be done on Saturday, then it will have to wait for the next week i.e. Monday. Bank branches are generally more crowded on Mondays.
