Firoz Amra had accused Sunanda Shetty of giving a loan of Rs 21 lakh to Shetty’s family firm Corgift, but when Shilpa Shetty’s father and Sunanda Shetty’s husband Surendra Shetty died, the Shetty family took away her loan amount. returned not returned.

When this matter reached the court, while hearing the matter on March 11, the court ordered to take action against Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty and Sunanda Shetty. However, later the sessions court had stayed the ongoing proceedings against Shilpa and Shamita, but the court had directed to continue the proceedings against the actress’ mother Sunanda Shetty.

While giving a stay on the proceedings against Shamita Shetty and Shilpa Shetty, the Sessions Court observed on April 14 that Shilpa and Shamita had nothing to do with the firm against which the case has been registered. Surendra Shetty and his wife Sunanda Shetty were partners in this firm. In his complaint, the complainant did not mention anywhere that Shilpa and Shamita were also associated with the firm. The court had also noted that the complainants failed to prove that Shilpa and Shamita were concerned about the loan amount and intended to defraud her at the very beginning of the transaction.

Let us tell you that this was not the first case in which the names of Shilpa and Sunanda came up. Earlier in another case also the names of Shilpa and Sunanda were linked to a case. However, later he got rid of this case.
