Good news for CBSE board students!

CBSE Board Exam 2022 In the interest of all the students, the Supreme Court bench has decided that it is necessary to make changes in the marks policy related to the reform examination. He has rejected the present Marx policy and asked to implement the policy that was going on in the past. By which students will be able to choose their marks on the basis of their better performance in their board exams and improvement exams. Let us tell you that now this decision given by the court will be implemented from the current year itself. which means this time CBSE Board Exam 2022 All the class 10 and class 12 students appearing in the exam will get an opportunity to choose their best marks this time.

Supreme Court rejected this Marx policy

The marks policy has been canceled by the Supreme Court, according to which only the marks obtained in the improvement examinations to be held after the board examinations will be valid. In such a situation, there is a loss to those students whose marks in the improvement examination are reduced. According to this policy those students have to be content with these marks. But after dismissing this rule of the Supreme Court on 7 January 2022, now all the students will have the right that they can choose their best marks at their convenience. Whether they have to choose the marks obtained in the main examination or the marks of the improvement examination.

Students will have the right to choose the best marks

The Bench hearing the matter in the Supreme Court said that the CBSE has not given any rationale behind the policy of considering the marks obtained in the improved examination as final. The court said on its decision that if the students have to choose only the marks obtained in the main examination, then they will be given the right to do so. This is okay because if a student gives an improvement exam and his marks fall short, then the students may face difficulty in taking further admission. So it is better that students have the right to choose their better marks.

For information, let us tell you that this policy was already there in the board, which was changed later and the current policy was started. But the Supreme Court has directed to implement the same policy in this matter so that the students do not face any kind of problem in future for further studies. From now onwards only the better marks of the students will be kept in the final report card.
