BMW launches new X3 SUV in India, know how much is the price and what are the features

BMW India (BMW India) launched new in the Indian market on Thursday X3 SUV has been launched. new model prices X3 xDrive30i SportX Plus 59.90 Lakh (ex-showroom) for the trim while X3 xDrive30i M Sport Priced at over Rs 65.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The new car brings a fresh look with new and more advanced tool features and an updated infotainment system. The car will be made locally in India in two petrol variants and will be made available across all authorized BMW dealerships from today.

The diesel variant of the new X3 will be launched at a later stage. At the center of the new X3 is a two-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that is rated to generate 185 kW / 252 hp power and 350 Nm of maximum torque at 1,450 – 4,800 rpm. Its engine helps the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds and offers a top speed of 235 km/h. The engine comes mated to an eight-speed automatic Steptronic Sport transmission.

The new X3 is offered with customized suspension with electronically controlled dampers. Apart from this, steering wheel paddle shifters, cruise control with braking function and Automatic Differential Brake (ADB) with Electronic Differential Lock are standard. It is also equipped with BMW Performance Control System which enhances the stability of the vehicle by targeted braking of the wheels.

For safety, the car comes with 6 airbags, Attention Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with Corner Brake Control (CBC), Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Side-Impact Protection, Electronic Vehicle Immobilizer and Crash Sensor, Includes ISOFIX child seat mounting and an integrated emergency spare wheel under the load floor.
