Electric Car: BMW has also started the initiative to bring electric car and now the company is going to launch its electric sedan car in India. Earlier in December BMW IX Electric SUV (BMW iX Electric SUV Car) has introduced the car, which costs Rs 1.16 crore, while the Mini Cooper SE has also been introduced in the European country for Rs 47.20 lakh. Now the company is going to launch its new electric car in India. The name of this car is BMW i4. It will be a premium grade car and will be a sedan body type. This car will not only get premium features of BMW, but will also have many other attractive features. Let us know about these five features before launching.
- Exterior Styling of BMW i4: The design of the BMW i4 car is similar to that of the 4 Series Gran Coupe, with a grille installed at the front. There is a big air dam and streaking alloy wheels. The length of this EV car is 4783 mm, while the width is 1852 mm and the height is 1448 mm. Its wheelbase is 2856 mm.
- BMW i4 Cabin High-Lights: This BMW car will also see a chauffeurized cabin. It will get a dual curved screen, in which a 12.3-inch driver display has been given. Along with this, a 14.9-inch infotainment touch screen has been embedded, which will work on BMW OS 8.
- BMW i4 Battery and Range BMW i4 has a battery pack of 83.9kWh, with the help of which strong power and rear wheels are available. The motor involved produces 335 Bhp of power and 430 Nm of peak torque. Talking about the power of the i4 in this, this car can catch the top speed of 100 km in just 5.7 seconds. It gives a driving range of 521 kms on a single charge.
- BMW i4 Charging Option Talking about the charging of this car, till now no information has been shared by the company. But it can definitely be said that it will be a safe charger. It may take at least 10-12 hours to charge the powerful battery in the car.
- Expected price of BMW i4 Although it is quite difficult to ascertain its possible price. It will knock in India through the CBU route, on which the tax will also be substantial. So it will be an expensive car. At the same time, the starting price of BMW IX is Rs 80 lakh.
