Also, those who are doing this should be stopped. In fact, a lottery ad is running on social media in the name of a Big B. In which the logo of KBC is also attached. Not only this, Amitabh Bachchan’s picture is also attached to this ad. People are being misled through this ad.
Bollywood legend & Veteran Actor Amitabh Bachchan filed a suit in Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. Eminent lawyer Harish Salve appearing for him. The matter is underway before Justice Navin Chawla.

Amitabh Bachchan’s case is being presented by well-known lawyer Harish Salve. At the same time, this entire case was presented before Justice Naveen Chawla. Where Salve said that the personality rights of my client are being misused. He wants that his name, personality and voice should not be used in any ad. Due to which his image gets spoiled.
On the other hand, the Delhi High Court has issued an interim order in this matter asking the telecom companies, ministry and other concerned departments to remove things related to Amitabh Bachchan. Which is being used without their permission. The court has instructed everyone to remove them within 2 days.
